This is a heartbreaking poem from Dr. Rishi Rohit Sharma, expressing his deep sorrow over the state of modern astrology.
In this Kali Yuga, everyone has bought a copy of Lal Kitab and declared themselves an expert ("ghar ghar Lal Kitabi"). But they do not have the spiritual purity required to understand it. Instead, they use it to scare innocent, desperate people and extort massive fees ("loot khasoot").
They are eating "haraam" (forbidden/sinful) wealth by selling fake remedies. Dr. Sharma weeps for the innocent clients who are being looted, wondering where God ("Ram") is in this dark age of commercial spirituality.
